Return Policy
Thank you for your purchase.
We have a 30-Day return policy.
The 30-day period starts from your delivery date.
In order to be eligible for return, item must be in same condition you received it, unworn or unused. You will also need receipt or order number.
Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping charges.
If return or exchange is due to a manufacture defect Buzzard Roost will be responsible for the return shipping.
Refunds
Someone from our team will reach out once we’ve inspected your return with the status of the refund. If refund is approved we will refund the payment method used upon order. Please note that it could take some time for the refund to be processed and returned depending on your bank or credit card company.
Exchanges
If item needs to be exchanged for a different size please email us at email@email.com with your order number and exchange needed. In order to be eligible for exchange, item must be in same condition you received it, unworn or unused.
For online orders exchanges will be accepted if notified within 30 days of delivery date. Item must be shipped back within 5 business days from communication of Exchange.

For In-Person purchases, exchanges will be accepted if notified within 30 days of purchase date. Item must be shipped back within 5 business days from communication of Exchange..

Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping for exchanges.

Damages and Issues with Product
Upon receiving your order please ensure that you received the correct items and make sure there are no other issues. If either of these things happen please contact us immediately so we can correct the issues.
